Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Azure or a willingness to transition to an Azure-based environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our Azure cloud infrastructure and maintaining effective CI/CD pipelines. This role involves working closely with development teams to streamline deployments, optimize cloud resources, and support infrastructure as code (IaC) initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor Azure Cloud Environment: Oversee resources, costs, permissions, and security in our Azure cloud infrastructure.
  2. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Develop and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Utilize Terraform and Ansible to manage cloud infrastructure and configurations.
  4. Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes (AKS) clusters.
  5. Cloud Architecture and Networking: Design and configure common Azure services such as web application firewalls, gateways, networking components, and security solutions.
  6. Database and Storage Management: Configure and maintain Azure SQL, other databases, Azure Storage solutions, App Service Plans, and KeyVaults.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in DevOps, ideally within an Azure environment.
  • Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline setup, with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and container orchestration.
  • Proficiency with Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Familiarity with common Azure services, including security, networking, databases, and storage.
  • Basic networking skills are a plus.
Requirements

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of additional cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience with Azure migrations or transitions.
