About the Role

Wipro is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Azure and C# expertise to support our client, Chevron, at their Manila delivery center. The role requires a blend of software development (C#), Azure cloud platform management, and DevOps practices to enable continuous integration, continuous delivery, and reliable system operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Write and maintain scripts and tools using C# for automation, integration, and monitoring.
• Build, test, and deploy cloud-native applications and services in Microsoft Azure.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
• Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes (AKS).
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability and scalability.
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to support Agile delivery.
• Ensure best practices for security, compliance, and performance are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security).
• Strong development experience in C# (.NET Core, APIs, Microservices).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (C3) for pipelines, release, and repository management.
• Experience with IaC tools like ARM Templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (App Insights, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).
• Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Shell).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ-400, AZ-204, AZ-305, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (Oil & Gas or Energy domain preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a client-facing environment.
