Toutefois, en continuant d'utiliser le site sans modifier les paramètres, vous consentez à notre utilisation de***The **Workforce Data Coordinator** provides Tier 1 HR administration support to all employees in accordance with organizations procedure documents and agreed service levels with customers and stakeholders.**Position Responsibilities:*** Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.* Practice strict security compliance in handling sensitive employee information* Process data entry with attention to quality and quantity.* Accountable for processing all of HR operations workload.* Consistently attain the service level set by the company.* Maintains consistency and accuracy in updating Knowledge base, HRIS and other HRSS systems.* Ensures that all transactions are documented and processed within the agreed timeframe.* Updates procedures documents, process maps and works instructions regularly and comply with the document storage rules of the company.* Develop mastery and expertise of the processes to be able to suggest improvements which leads to higher efficiency.* Maintain a filing system to meet local and audit requirements* Perform quarterly audit on the data integrity on Workday**Required Qualifications:*** Ability to develop and maintain strong consulting relationships with HR and business leaders* Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas etc..* Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail* Understanding of key data integrity principles with ability to foresee downstream implications* Expert ability to analyze and summarize data and to identify key findings and related business implications* Ability to work independently and to prioritize, plan work and meet deliverables* Excellent interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and customer focus***When you join our team:**** We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.* We'll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.* As part of our global team, we'll support you in shaping the future you want to see.**À propos de Manuvie et de John Hancock**La Société Financière Manuvie est un chef de file mondial des services financiers qui aide les gens à prendre leurs décisions plus facilement et à vivre mieux.
