As an ERP Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our transition to NetSuite by understanding business needs, refining and documenting processes, and enabling user adoption through training and engagement. You will collaborate with teams to ensure that business processes are aligned with NetSuite functionality and effectively implemented.

This role focuses on process mapping, documentation, and user training, with a collaborative approach to ensure NetSuite supports business needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current business processes to identify improvements and gaps, ensuring that business process maps and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.

• Design and map future-state processes aligned with NetSuite functionality, ensuring that NetSuite configuration aligns effectively with redesigned business processes.

• Support ERP implementation activities including configuration and testing, ensuring minimal disruption during the transition.

• Develop clear process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

• Deliver training sessions and change management initiatives to drive user adoption, ensuring user adoption targets are met.

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably with NetSuite.

• Strong in analysing, documenting, and redesigning business processes.

• Effective communicator who bridges technical teams and business users.

• Skilled at developing training materials and leading user adoption initiatives.

• Commercially aware, detail-focused, and able to drive change with minimal disruption.

• Experience working with Australian clients (preferred) or other English-speaking clients (mandatory).

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

• Proven experience in ERP implementation (preferably NetSuite) — end-to-end involvement.

• Strong background in business process analysis — ideally across multiple functional areas.

• Experience producing process documentation and training materials.

• Ability to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Accounting, or related field.
