The Business Transformation Project Management team is comprised of diverse, collaborative, and results-driven program and project managers. A key part of the Global Business Services function of Dexcom, the team delivers value to customers and internal stakeholders through the delivery of programs and projects that support the execution of strategy at a global, regional, or functional level.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, systems, data, and capabilities, and making improvement recommendations based on global best practices like Business Analysis (BA) and Business Systems Analysis (BSA).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with relevant certifications such as IIBA Certification, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably with ERP systems like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret business requirements documents, user stories, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and exhibit executive presence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an agile mindset.
  • Comfortable with change and working in uncertain or ambiguous conditions.
  • Committed to professional excellence and personal growth.
  • Proficient in using various project management and business analysis tools and software.

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid work model - once a week RTO
  • Location: BGC, Taguig City
  • Shift: Early morning (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM), with variations depending on project region
