About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive leads and increase brand awareness in the Australian property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Create tailored digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand building in the Australian property market.
  • Marketing Automation with MRI Vault: Utilize MRI Vault to automate marketing processes, personalize customer communications, and track campaign effectiveness.
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan, create, and optimize paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms, including audience targeting, ad copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Google Ads Campaign Management: Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the Australian property management landscape.
  • Collaboration and Budget Management: Work closely with sales, operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
