Overview

IBEX Global is currently in search of Talent Mobility Associate - Temporary in any IBEX site.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
  • Responsible for generating leads and a strong candidate pool to increase talent database
  • Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent candidates to the hiring managers
  • Oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managers
  • Responsible for overseeing and facilitating a smooth internal promotions hiring process
  • Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsible for the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy in providing hiring rates, start dates and program allocation
  • Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets
  • Responsible for reports maintenance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Recommended experience not required but a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office specifically in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be detail oriented and willing to multi-task
  • Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
  • Willing to work on different shifts when the need arises
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Can start as soon as possible.
