Job Title: Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work closely with TA Manager in all aspects of recruiting operations.
  • Source, pre-screen candidates and provide recruiting operations updates.
  • Communicate with sites on show up information for invited candidates.
  • Track adherence to sourcing workflow process and provide feedback on related issues.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in any discipline or 2nd year college diploma required.
  • Must be work-at-home capable (15mbps download and upload speed) and have own computer/laptop.
  • Minimum experience: at least 1 year in BPO or similar field.
  • Strong oral English communication skills necessary.
  • Able to work night shift.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of latest trends in Recruiting domain.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Oracle or relevant HR software package knowledge beneficial.
  • Understanding of HR TA concepts and applications desirable.
