Job Overview

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships for key account clients ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth. This role requires someone with in-depth knowledge of all company products and services, industry knowledge, and sales expertise. The Senior Sales Specialist will get involved in strategic account management, contract negotiation, sales performance monitoring, client support, and after-sales services.

Requirements:

  1. Execute sales plans aligned with marketing strategies to achieve company and individual targets.
  2. Provide product demonstrations to target clients and lead in resolving complaints to ensure a complete sales experience.
  3. Co-initiate business development activities and programs, working closely with brand leads and technical teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Directors of F&B, Executive Chefs, Executive Housekeeping, Procurement Heads, and Purchasing Managers.
  5. Collaborate with clients on new product development, menu innovations, and promotional strategies.
  6. Actively participate in bidding processes, including electronic (eBid) and proposal bidding.
  7. Lead business reviews to evaluate key account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and allocate resources to meet targets.
  9. Participate in industry events and conduct regular client visits.
  10. Develop clients for coffee and other products within assigned territories through saturation and market research.
  11. Assist the Immediate Head in overseeing total market performance in assigned territories.
  12. Support and perform initiatives and improvements for the overall function and achievement of the department's goals, targets, and objectives.
  13. Create comprehensive analysis reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management, Business Management/Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG, Coffee, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Marketing industries.
