Job Objective / Purpose:
The Project Engagement Officer oversees the event engagement, coordinates with various stakeholders, and ensures all project deliverables are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, service and delivery agencies, and stakeholder groups.

This role will be hired under Global Reliance Renal Care, Inc. (GRRI) - a subsidiary of RelianceUnited. Background and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Marketing or any related course
  • Strong customer service management skills
  • A medical background is an advantage
  • Collaborative and works well in a team setting
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong coordination skills
  • Willing to do fieldworkand be assigned in Cavite Areas with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
Duties and Responsibilities:
Doctor Engagement
  • Promote GRRI dialysis services to the doctors by regular visits
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Doctors by creating a regular MD event
Community Engagement
  • Develop, manage, facilitate and deliver community programs for targeted client groups with a focus on Renal awareness
  • Attend administrative matters pertaining to community engagement projects, including day-to-day operational matters such as correspondence, budget and record management of the events
Patient and Relative Engagement
  • Ensure the highest level of Clinical and non clinical service delivery
  • Covers all patients and patient's relative programs.
  • Originate and execute patient experience programs, including patient initiatives
  • Work with the Facility Team to ensure patient, relative and employee spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing
  • Manage the budget for the patient experience program, including resources
Marketing and Promotion
  • Create marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Renal Manager

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time employment
  • 8-hour work days, Monday through Friday
  • Primarily on-site in Cavite Renal Branches, with occasional office work in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand
  • Regular interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders
