Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Project Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end development process of commercial real estate projectsfrom site acquisition to project handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in feasibility analysis, project conceptualization, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in real estate or construction development is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to handover. Conduct and prepare detailed feasibility studies, site and market analyses, and financial projections. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., design, finance, engineering, legal) and external partners (e.g., consultants, government agencies) to ensure all aspects of the project align with strategic goals. Identify and evaluate potential development sites and recommend viable projects for investment. Monitor regulatory requirements, permitting processes, and compliance with local laws. Present project proposals, updates, and findings to senior management and stakeholders. Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables, addressing risks and roadblocks proactively. Support business development initiatives by proposing new development opportunities and innovative concepts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Engineering, Architecture, or any related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in project development, real estate, construction, or business development. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
