About the Role: The client specializes in retirement income planning, focusing on the income phase of life rather than accumulation, and helps clients build lifetime income streams that protect against risk, keep pace with inflation, and contribute to a meaningful family or community legacy.

They begin by assessing each individual's current trajectory through detailed financial, tax, and legal analysis, then identify any gaps or opportunities and provide clear guidance, whether that means advising to engage or being transparent about limitations.

As a family run advisory firm, they combine financial, legal, and tax expertise under one roof to deliver comprehensive advice with full cost transparency, offering a trust driven alternative to larger firms.

As part of a new recently undertaken initiative, they are now focusing their efforts on providing financial services for small business owners & their employees. In keeping with that, they need a marketing assistant who can support these efforts with outbound calls to schedule discovery calls with prospective business executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to business owners to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions in a natural, conversational tone.
  • Schedule discovery calls for interested prospects on the client's calendar.
  • Use Apollo CRM to manage contact lists, track interactions, and run email outreach sequences. Nice-to-have but not required.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone and email to maintain engagement.
  • Record detailed call notes and track progress toward outreach and appointment-setting goals.
  • Confidently address objections or concerns raised by business owners.
  • Work closely with the client to refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent conversational English with a neutral or minimal accent.
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Apollo CRM experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
  • Confident in handling challenging conversations while remaining professional.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Able to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
