Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable Head of Marketing who can lead marketing operations, manage a small creative team, and help us grow our digital presence. Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives — including search, social media, and artificial intelligence — that align with business and client goals
  • Develop and monitor marketing strategies that drive measurable results
  • Manage and mentor a small creative team (designers, editors, copywriters)
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the marketing team and clients/internal stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple client marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
  • Coordinate deliverables across the team and ensure timely execution
  • Report to leadership on key marketing metrics, performance insights, and resource utilization
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience is preferred, but strong candidates with less experience and a proven track record will also be considered
  • Experience in SEO, search, social media, and/or AI-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with content strategy and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing creative teams (designers, editors, copywriters) is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
