Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote beauty products across various channels.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social media platforms such as Instagram , Facebook , TikTok , and others relevant to the beauty industry.
  • Create content ideas for promotions, campaigns, and product highlights (photos, captions, reels, etc.).
  • Monitor trends in the beauty industry and competitor activity to guide marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators for collaborations.
  • Organize and execute marketing events, launches, and in-store promotions.
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course
  • With at least 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles
  • Familiarity with TikTok and ecommerce platforms is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends & branding strategies
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva and Photoshop is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing campaigns
  • Proven experience in content creation and cross-team collaboration
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to work on Monday to Saturday
