Bits of your job:

  • Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues

  • Leverage your expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products

  • Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls

  • Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company

  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

  • Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services

  • Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries

  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services

  • And other tasks

Key expectations:

  • Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions

  • Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus, enhancing the candidate's ability to engage effectively in this position

  • Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills

  • Excellent communication skills with active listening

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications

Base salary of $500-$700 per month, plus commission based on performance, with potential earnings of $1300+ per month.
