Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing network infrastructure technologies for B2B enterprise clients. Your role includes advocating organizational values, designing strategic plans aligned with business needs, and leading a team. You will also handle continuity planning, project management, service delivery, tools and process development, and network inventory management.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesOrganization
  • Ensure team competency and skills availability

  • Maintain healthy collaboration with all project stakeholders
  • Seek ways to exceed business expectations
  • Participate in CSR activities and develop a Globe of Good Culture
Project Management and Delivery
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to improve delivery processes
  • Validate and ensure completeness of implementation documents
  • Provide technical support for high-level commitments addressing business needs
  • Develop plans for successful project delivery within schedule and scope
  • Recommend changes to meet business needs
  • Support cross-program initiatives and special projects related to B2B
  • Analyze and resolve B2B provisioning issues
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Telco/IT environment and projects
  • Advanced expertise in Network fundamentals
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
