Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Administrator to join our Admin Management and provide administrative support to Victoria Region's Business Development & Marketing Team and Market Leaders across the following core areas: Marketing & Communications, Markets & Clients, and Opportunities & Bids.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Assist with internal and external event logistics including, but not limited to booking events, maintaining registers of attendance, assisting with coordination, etc.
- Assist with maintaining and distributing Vic events calendar.
- Provide admin support to tasks associated with recruitment of key client RM's & KCCs.
- Assist with maintaining and reporting on client engagement activities/information within Salesforce, etc.
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of marketing collateral.
- Monitor and distribute tender alerts from various industry sources, and provide associated follow up support.
- Assist with maintaining and reporting on opportunities within Salesforce.
- Provide administrative support to BDM team on select key pursuits/bids.
- Assist with maintaining proposal content library.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation.
- Experience with administration support roles, preferably in professional services industry.
- Advanced skills with MS Office (esp. Outlook, Word & PowerPoint), Adobe Suite, and Salesforce.
This job is based in Cebu City, Philippines.
Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines.
