Navigating the Position: As a PMO Analyst at OTG, you'll be a vital part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team, supporting both the PMO Manager and project managers across various projects. Your role will involve managing essential project documentation, tracking resource schedules, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring financial accuracy. You'll perform governance reviews on active projects, monitor deliverables, and flag anything outside established frameworks. Quality assurance will be a big part of your day, ensuring projects and change requests meet our standards.

In addition, you'll oversee our PMO mailbox, respond to project queries, and help coordinate Statements of Work (SOW) from start to finish, including delivery and payment tracking. You'll be responsible for generating management reports from diverse data sources, supporting resource planning, and forecasting.

Your Voyage Ahead:

  • Work within the PMO team, providing support to the PMO manager and project managers. Govern project documentation, track resource schedules, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Perform governance reviews of in-flight projects, track project deliverables, and highlight when things are outside of the governance framework.
  • Provide support to project teams.
  • Quality assurance of projects and change requests.
  • Monitor the PMO mailbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the creation of Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Track the completion of SOW from inception through to delivery and payment.
  • Create management information reports from a variety of sources.
  • Resource capacity planning and forecasting.

Recommended to Bring On Board:

  • 3+ years working in a PMO/projects governance role.
  • General IT knowledge and experience of project management processes.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Experience working in an international organization (desirable).
  • Maritime industry experience (desirable).
  • Experience with Monday.com (desirable).

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team; true embodiment of a self-starter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and able to manage a variety of deadlines, prioritize professional tasks.
  • Ability to coordinate work carried out by different people and organizations to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Qualification in PMO (desirable).
