Provides project management support for QBE GSSC & manage special projects and transitions.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Ensures compliance and ongoing tracking and management of projects
  2. Follows QBE's Project Management standard processes
  3. Manage transition change control process and ensure details are accurately recorded in the plan
  4. Build and maintain effective ongoing working relationships with stakeholders on transition planning assumptions and approval processes
  5. Supports and coordinates with the Lead and Project Specialists for deliverables, schedules
  6. Provide assistance through coordinating and collating inputs from the different stakeholders to get necessary sign offs
  7. Ensures that all project documentation is updated based on the inputs provided during meetings and via emails.
  8. Provides administrative support to the project/transition team
  9. Prepare detailed project plan, governance structure and reporting templates to manage special cross functional projects as needed
  10. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and PMO team
  11. Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the department
Required Education
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  1. Excellent communication skills
  2. Strong skilled and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings
  3. Effective collaboration skills
  4. Excellent MS Office skills
  5. Planning and organization skills
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Experience
  1. Preferably with at least 2 years of BPO experience
  2. 1-2 years experience in program/project management preferred
  3. Contract management experience is a plus
  4. Experienced in creating comprehensive project schedules which will identify time frames for key project milestones
Preferred Knowledge
  1. Fundamental understanding of transitions and project management
