Data Application Management Specialist (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Role: Junior Application Management Specialist (Junior L1/L2 Support)

Responsibilities
  • Monitor batch jobs and perform initial investigation in case of failure
  • Prepare and send communications to stakeholders/users
  • Execute known workarounds and resolutions for issues encountered
  • Create tickets and escalate tickets to other support teams as needed
  • Manage and respond to chat support
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails from stakeholders/users
  • Execute routine requests
  • Trigger and facilitate calls to resolve issues as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering courses
Technical Skills
  • Data Visualization, Information Delivery, Dashboards and Reports - preferred
  • Data Integration, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) - preferred
  • Databases, SQL - preferred
  • Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts - preferred
  • Azure data platform and components - preferred
