Join the team as a Customer Support Analyst to assist users with iAuditor, embodying core values and excellence.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer concerns about SafetyCulture (iAuditor) via chat, email, and calls.
  • Documenting customer inquiries accurately and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Educating customers on SafetyCulture and iAuditor features, and providing product updates.
  • Assisting customers with installation issues and basic troubleshooting.
  • Empowering customers with product knowledge to become self-sufficient iAuditor users.
  • Researching information using approved SafetyCulture resources.
About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Fresh graduates from business and communications-related courses are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to simplify complex instructions for customers through verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions.
  • Capability to overcome barriers to success and take action.
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve thinking processes and communicate clearly.
  • Integrity in all circumstances.
