Order Management Specialist

Job Description:
The Order Management Specialist is responsible in the comprehensive management of orders for International Key Accounts, from customer account creation to invoicing and returns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring order entry accuracy, pricing validation, and maintaining price lists.
- Extracting and using data from platforms like Stibo and Sequel Central for e-commerce portals.
- Completing shipping documentation and setting up vendor item codes in Oracle.
- Confirming and exporting orders from e-commerce platforms to Oracle.
- Reviewing order files for discrepancies and creating shipping notices.
- Serving as the primary contact for internal and external customers regarding order issues.
- Troubleshooting order errors and managing backorders and cancellations.
- Exporting order information and consolidating reports for open orders and sales.
- Tracking critical order information and ensuring monthly sales forecasts are met.
- Creating internal orders and coordinating shipments with various teams.
- Investigating customer claims and facilitating returns and credit memos.
- Participating in UAT projects to improve financial reporting and order management systems.

- Effective customer service skills, able to provide timely updates on customer concerns, resolves issues with a sense of urgency and keep others well-informed of relevant information
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data and reporting
- Highly independent and proficient in time management and multi-tasking
- Can effectively communicate with local and international stakeholders, across different levels in the organization
- MS Office proficiency, preferably advanced MS Excel skills
