About the role

Become the Sales Manager at SupportNinja, a dynamic call centre and customer service company located in Quezon City at The Sanctum, SM - North EDSA. This full-time position is integral to driving sales performance and leading your team to success. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, coaching and developing your team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales team members
  • Analysing sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline sales processes

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of solid Sales experience - leadership role
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
