About the role

Power Mac Center, a leading technology retailer in the Philippines, is seeking a talented HR Assistant to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to the growth and development of our exceptional workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information and hiring decisions

  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and suggest improvements to our processes

  • Contribute to the overall HR function by supporting employee engagement initiatives and other HR-related projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or Talent Acquisition role, preferably in the retail or technology industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in using HR and applicant tracking systems, as well as standard office productivity tools

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous improvement

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
