Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday
Salary Range: PHP 17,000 - PHP 20,000
We are looking for a versatile Accounting/HR Assistant to handle all HR tasks and provide accounting support. The ideal candidate should be experienced in QuickBooks, HR processes, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all HR tasks, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated contributions.
Prepare QuickBooks reports, financial statements, and tax documents.
Handle bookkeeping, accounting reports, and financial tracking.
Support administrative and compliance-related HR functions.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience using QuickBooks.
Certification in accounting or HR-related fields is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
