Job Title: Accounting/HR Assistant

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite (with Work-from-Home Option Once a Week)

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Salary Range: PHP 17,000 - PHP 20,000

We are looking for a versatile Accounting/HR Assistant to handle all HR tasks and provide accounting support. The ideal candidate should be experienced in QuickBooks, HR processes, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR tasks, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee records.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated contributions.

  • Prepare QuickBooks reports, financial statements, and tax documents.

  • Handle bookkeeping, accounting reports, and financial tracking.

  • Support administrative and compliance-related HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience using QuickBooks.

  • Certification in accounting or HR-related fields is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
