Job Summary:

Manages and administers employee benefits programs, develops, and maintains procedures for the administration process, ensures employee benefits data integrity and develops and prepares communications to employees about benefit programs, procedures, and any other government mandated disclosures.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Benefits/HR Administration
  3. Proficiency in working with details on a daily basis for prolonged periods of time
  4. Average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino
  5. A strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills/organizational skills
  7. Computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Reviews and validates details of submitted forms ensuring completeness and accuracy of information for supporting documents.
  2. Monitors and consolidates submitted forms and updates the tracking tool.
  3. Encodes and sorts in processed applications which were denied/with additional requirements medical insurance claims for refilling from insurance provider.
  4. Generates weekly and monthly report on the actual count of enrolled employees/dependents for processing of monthly premium billing of the service provider.
  5. Creates status report on statistics and prepares monthly Benefits Analysis findings and recommendations.
  6. Prepares and generates various reports and presents information/data in a concise, ordered, and clear manner.
  7. Generates employee master list by divisions and office location and submits to Client together with the schedule of measurement.
  8. Encodes and validates SSS Sickness Benefits Claim Form and SSS Maternity Benefits Claim Form and prepares claim transmittal list for Reimbursement to SSS and forwards to department the transmittal of medical claims per batch.
  9. Prepares supporting documents and forwards the schedule and summary of PAGIBIG monthly reconciliation and incentive check.
  10. Processes and monitors benefits availment such as SSS salary loans, HDMF loans, SSS Sickness, SSS Maternity etc.
  11. Aids employees on queries and processing of any government or company-initiated benefit claims and those availing of the medical cash advance for hospitalization.
  12. Requests for Statement of Loans from SSS and PAG-IBIG for resigned employees and final pay processing.
