About the role

We are seeking a talented Compensation & Benefits Supervisor to join the dynamic Human Resources team at Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc., a leading cosmetics company based in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are aligned with our company's strategic objectives and competitive within the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and continually review the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and employee perks
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
  • Analyse payroll data, monitor and report on compensation and benefits budgets
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, advising managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits
