At Worldwide Resource Solutions, the Compensation and Benefits Officer is crucial in shaping our employee reward and benefits strategies. From designing and managing competitive compensation programs to overseeing payroll and administering comprehensive benefits, this role is central to supporting and enhancing employee satisfaction. Expertise in compensation structures, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance is essential for the Compensation and Benefits Officer to excel and drive our HR initiatives forward, ensuring a fair and motivating environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll to ensure accurate and efficient processing of compensation and benefits-related transactions.
  • Transition the manual payroll process to the identified HRIS.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity-based compensation.
  • Evaluate market data and industry trends to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Oversee the annual compensation review process, including salary benchmarking, merit increases, and bonus allocations.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR partners and business leaders on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job offers, promotions, and employee inquiries.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in compensation and benefits and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Experience in managing manual payroll processing and in transitioning the process to HRIS will be a definite advantage.
  • Strong understanding of PH Labor Law.
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement and support business objectives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Willing to work at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.
