The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Front Office department. He/she will maintain the service standards expected by Hotel Management.

The ideal candidate should have supervisory or officer-level experience and be proficient in the Opera System. He/she should be capable of handling internal audits, cashiering, and managing guest relations and concerns. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with and able to manage night shift responsibilities. Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage.

The Assistant Manager - Front Office will report to the Front Desk Manager & the Duty Manager and will ensure the efficient allocation and availability of rooms, foster strong guest relations, manage the proper administration of the department, and oversee smooth operations during the night shift as a reliever to the Night Manager.

Other Standard Responsibilities
  1. Comply with company policies
  2. Know all safety and emergency procedures of the hotel
  3. Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
  4. Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
  5. Model the Company's culture at all times
  6. Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required
