Brand Manager: Emerging & Digital Channels Acquisition – Globe Telecom. GOMO is looking for a driven, data-savvy Emerging & Digital Channels Acquisition Manager to lead how our brand grows across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Pandamart—and even our own app and web. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role for someone who thrives at the intersection of eCommerce, growth marketing, media optimization, and product thinking. You'll own how we attract new users and turn digital traffic into real conversions, from designing bold campaigns and optimizing spend to building app features that convert.
Responsibilities- Lead GOMO's acquisition strategy across emerging channels (GOMO App/Web, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Pandamart, etc.)
- Launch end-to-end campaigns and promos that balance creative storytelling with growth performance
- Optimize CPA and channel efficiency across paid and performance media
- Lead acquisition programs via GOMO's app and web, working with product teams to co-design features that drive sign-ups
- Analyze channel health and customer insights to guide ongoing campaign and product decisions
- Build post-mortem reviews and dashboards to track growth, efficiency, and ROI
- Spot global best practices, trends, and tactical pivots to keep GOMO at the forefront of digital acquisition
