Sales Executive - Go High Level Services

Spotlight DXB is a results-driven digital agency focused on helping businesses scale through cutting-edge automation, CRM, and marketing solutions. We specialize in selling Go High Level services, empowering businesses with tools to automate, nurture, and convert leads seamlessly.

We are expanding and looking for a Sales Executive to take charge of finding prospects, setting meetings, running demos, and closing deals for our Go High Level services. If you have a hunter's mindset, thrive in sales, and want unlimited earning potential, this is for you.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
  2. Sales Presentations & Demos – Conduct compelling sales calls and live product demos, showing prospects how Go High Level can automate and grow their business.
  3. Closing Deals – Negotiate, handle objections, and convert leads into paying clients. Your success is based on results.
  4. Follow-ups & Relationship Building – Maintain strong communication with leads, provide value, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  5. Sales Target Focused – Achieve and exceed your monthly client acquisition targets.
  6. Continuous Learning – Stay updated on the latest Go High Level features and digital marketing trends to provide the best solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For

  1. Proven Sales Experience – You have 1-3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, digital marketing, or automation tools.
  2. Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – You can confidently pitch and handle objections.
  3. Self-Starter & Target-Driven – You take initiative, chase opportunities, and thrive on hitting goals.
  4. Tech-Savvy – You understand CRM, automation, or marketing platforms (or can learn quickly).
  5. Experience with Go High Level is a HUGE Plus
  6. Fluent in English – Clear and professional communication is a must.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: Competitive (negotiable based on experience)
  • Commission: High commission per client acquired (uncapped)
