Leads in this role get to:

  • Empower the Work:Create, and facilitate, Huddle Sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  • Impact the bottom line:Conduct BQ / Remedial training for the folks in nesting. Also, conduct floor interventions for BQ teams.
  • Strengthen relationships:Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
  • Take the lead:
    • Delivering new hire training for the business, ensure to give a good learning experience for the new hires, ensuring to equip new hires with relevant skill sets to meet the production goals from the first month post-nesting
    • Partner with quality and training managers to identify skill and knowledge gaps that lead to unstable performance trends
    • Work with the training manager to prepare training content for BQ interventions and new launches
    • Work with the training manager in updating training materials via the update management process

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent Data Mining skills
  • Ability to think outside traditional roles to evaluate business implications
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and suggest improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Demonstrated leadership skills; able to lead improvements and resolve issues

Internal Qualifications:

  • Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5)
  • Tenure of at least 12 months
  • No Active DA
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw
