
Building Administration Officer

Supervise maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the mall, including its amenities, utilities and equipment in accordance with company standards of safety, cleanliness and orderliness that is crucial for the business to achieve its strategic and financial goals.

Experience & Educational Requirements
- With at least 1 year of work experience in building / property administration or the same field
- Graduate of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Building Maintenance Technology, or any business-related course
- Required skills: must have working knowledge in building / property administration, facilities management, housekeeping services, and engineering maintenance services; trained on project management especially on assessing project specifications; can perform with minimum supervision; willing to work on flexible schedule
Work Location
- Candidates must be willing to be assigned in SM City Tarlac.
