Job Description:

The Data & Platform team is seeking a Data Engineer to manage and develop our data infrastructure, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across our on-premises and cloud environments.

Required Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and implementations
  • Ability to handle ETL failures, monitoring, and providing immediate resolutions
  • Contributing to new ideas and project improvements
  • Background in SQL Server, Azure, and AWS is a plus
Essential Job Functions:
  • Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases and cloud solutions on Azure and AWS
  • Assist in data processing, transformation, and integration tasks
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines
  • Collaborate with team members on data projects to meet requirements
  • Support data quality assurance and adhere to data standards
  • Utilize data engineering tools and techniques for assigned tasks
  • Learn from experienced team members and pursue skill development
  • Stay updated on emerging data engineering technologies and best practices
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Typically 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in data engineering tools and technologies
  • Continuous learner staying abreast of industry trends
Other Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or AWS Certified Data Analytics are a plus
