Recruitment Consultant at Socium - Teams Done Differently

Location: Makati (Hybrid, onsite once a week)

Schedule: Dayshift

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the rollout and implementation of SailPoint ISC.
  • Configure, integrate, and maintain ISC features including access certifications, provisioning, and password management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align the identity solution with business and security requirements.
  • Assist in resolving integration issues and optimizing the ISC environment.
  • Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and directory services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
