Specialist I Customer Care

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze, qualify, and complete change order requests.
- Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.
- Escalate expedite orders and quote requests.
- Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
- Acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.
- Log individual productivity daily.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- 6 months of relevant experience in customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
