Customer Service Specialist

As a specialist in customer care, you will provide exceptional support to Discrete Automation US trade operations. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a frontline in giving solutions to customers through calls and emails.
Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, qualifying, and completing change order requests. You will also enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.
In addition, you will escalate expedite orders and quote requests, attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges. You will also acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.
A strong drive for results and passion for getting things done are essential qualities for this role. You must be able to efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality results.
