This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
  • Perform various types of testing, depending on project scope, such as Front-end / UI Testing, Functional Testing, Performance Testing, API Testing, Load Testing, Speed Testing, and Smoke Testing.
  • Write / Create necessary testing documentation, such as test plans, test scripts, and UAT scripts.
  • Be involved in the entire development process (including requirements).
  • Able to write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation.
  • Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.
  • Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects.
  • Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
  • Knowledge in test automation (Selenium, Cucumber) is a plus.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a QA testing in a Software/ Web Development environment.
  • Experience with at least one bug-tracking software (Jira, Mantis, Redmine).
  • Experience in various CMS technologies, primarily Drupal, October, and other PHP based CMS.
  • Experience in both WATERFALL and AGILE project methodologies.
  • Experience with eCommerce is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and clients successfully and effectively.
  • Proactive and able to self-manage. Has shown ability to work under pressure.
