  • Prepare cost estimates for housing, special land development, amenities and others
  • Review design plans, details for budgeting and implementation
  • Review budget requests and awards endorsed by Construction Management Department and Estate Management Department
  • Evaluate and review Estimate prepared by Technical Engineers
  • Coordinate with Structural Consultant for all related design concern
  • Perform site inspection to verify site actual condition before budgeting including project status update, and to check if it was performed with accordance to the required design and specification
  • Prepare correspondence, memo and documents related to the projects and facilitate internal requirements
  • Perform encoding and checking on existing company system
  • Coordinate with other departments on the other needed details during awarding and procurement of contractor
  • Monitor the project status updates and propose possible action plans to keep the schedule on track
  • Conduct inspection of other ongoing project at land development as per instruction of the engineering head
  • Monitor the works activity of Technical Engineers
  • Prepare report for all Technical concerns
  • Perform other task to be assigned by the department head from time to time or needed warrants

Qualifications

  • With at least three (3) years of experience in Construction or Real Estate and Land Development.
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon Ave., Quezon City
  • With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
