Willow is looking for an individual passionate about infrastructure technology with domain expertise in building systems, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, familiarity with data analytics, and a desire to transform the built environment.

As a Deployment & Activation Coordinator in the live data team, your primary role will be to deploy the Willow platform for customers to help them understand how to operate and optimize their building systems. You will apply your knowledge of Fault Detection and Diagnostics to mapping and tagging assets.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout all project stages, including Pre-Integrations, Discovery, IoT Integrations, Data Acquisition, and Data Tagging (Classification and 3D Geometry Modelling).
  2. Support product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams as a Subject Matter Expert through knowledge sharing, training, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
  3. Review project documentation and produce diagrams such as network topologies.
  4. Perform data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, ensuring data accuracy through quality assurance reviews.
  5. Analyze data via our platform's frontend, database, or API, and compare it with other applications.
  6. Ensure the highest quality and accuracy of all data collected and transmitted to the Willow platform, a core aspect of Willow's services.
  7. Leverage industry knowledge to create building digital twins for Activate Technology analytics.
  8. Partner with other Willow teams to support customer discovery sessions and workshops to define scope and requirements.
What we are looking for
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or a similar field.
  2. Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred, but eagerness to learn new technology is more important.
  3. Strong understanding of building systems such as HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, and security technologies.
  4. Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems.
  5. Knowledge of technical documentation like network topology, wiring diagrams, points lists, manuals, and system descriptions.
  6. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or MS SQL.
  7. Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, motivated, and eager to develop skills in Fault Detection & Diagnostics technologies.
