Alliance Emploi recrute pour l'une de ses entreprises partenaires en CDD de 3 mois un Assistant administratif technique (H/F) sur le secteur de Merville.

Quelles seront vos missions ?
  • Enregistrement et suivi des commandes
  • Suivi des retours garantie, manutention d'appareils retours
  • Contrôler les factures fournisseurs et les comparer aux bons de commande et bons de livraison
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les dossiers techniques
  • Trier, classer et archiver les documents administratifs

Profil

  • Vous disposez d'une première expérience professionnelle réussie sur un poste similaire
  • Vous êtes à l'aise sur l'outil informatique mais aussi sur le plan technique pour le démontage d'appareils
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome
  • Vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle
