Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.

  • Present menu items clearly and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and promotions.

  • Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and with a professional demeanor.

  • Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each customer.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor if needed.

  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.

  • Assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders efficiently.

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, workstations, and restrooms.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per company policies.

  • Support kitchen staff with light tasks during peak hours (e.g., plating, preparing condiments).

  • Perform opening and closing duties as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous experience in food & beverage or customer service is an advantage but not required.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Capable of lifting trays and carrying items up to 10 kg.

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a hot or humid environment.
