We are looking for an experienced IT Account Manager to manage strategic relationships between business units and IT groups. The role ensures the successful end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, from project ideation and planning to implementation and business-as-usual (BAU) system enhancements.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, aligning IT plans with business goals, overseeing client communications, managing delivery priorities, and ensuring stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT project management and business engagement, with proven experience across project lifecycle frameworks and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business unit IT plans with their goals and strategic direction

  • Manage client relationships through regular status updates and touchpoints

  • Oversee ideation and initiation of enhancements and IT subscriptions

  • Coordinate with business units on cost estimates and project budgeting

  • Define priorities and negotiate on resource and timeline constraints

  • Assess and evaluate BAU system enhancement requests

  • Support creation of business cases and high-level requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Present IT updates, proposals, and results to various stakeholders
