Job Description

The Billing Support Assistant is responsible for scanning and encoding billing documents into the system to support audit compliance and record-keeping. The role also involves retrieving and organizing files from various digital storage drives as needed by internal teams and auditors.

Responsibilities
  • Scan and encode billing Official Receipts (ORs) into the database/system.
  • Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored for audit reference.
  • Retrieve files from shared or archived drives upon request.
  • Support audit-related and stakeholder document requirements.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
