What's the day-to-day vibe like in this role?

As a Customer Service Representative for our Audio & Podcast Streaming Services account, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer phone calls and addressing various service-related issues. Your main role is to deliver excellent customer service by understanding and responding to the specific needs of each caller.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Provide first-class customer service through phone and e-mail

  • Accept inbound calls and address customer needs

  • Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues and conduct walkthroughs

  • Document customer problems, requests, and actions taken in the client system

  • Meet predetermined performance targets

  • Represent the client in a professional and courteous manner

  • Follow client-defined processes, procedures, and company policies

  • Maintain the highest quality standards to meet or exceed client specifications

  • Achieve or surpass minimum productivity, availability, and quality requirements

Key strengths for this role:

  • High school graduate; post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer care

  • Basic knowledge of internet browsing, net surfing, and Microsoft Office applications

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong comprehension and conversational skills

  • Strong management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
