SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Contract Type: Part-Time

Headcount Needed: 1

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Handle basic product knowledge and branch-related tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or 2 years in college.
  • With related experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to SM Rosario branch.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Provincial minimum rate (based on schedule).
  • No allowance provided.
