
Recruitment Associate

Ensures delivery of all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. He will play a critical role in ensuring hiring the best talent within SLAs.
Skills & Qualifications- Graduate Degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science or equivalent level of education
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment in a staffing company or BPO/call center environment.
- Extensive Interview and Sourcing experience in Volume hiring.
- Must be amenable to work in Alabang, Taguig and Mandaluyong.
- Prepare recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Conduct prescreening interviews and endorsement to operations
- Performing reference and send background checks for potential employees
- Preparing and sending offer packages.
- Perform other special projects as assigned
