The HR Officer for Training & Development is responsible for supervising the implementation of training and development activities as well as the work performance and achievement of deliverables by its subordinates.
Detailed Job Description:
- Supervises all training and development activities and provides direction towards timely and efficient implementation, and compliance to existing policies and procedures.
- Evaluates the results of the training needs analysis and provides recommendations based on the identified training needs of the organization.
- Designs, develops, implements and reviews training and development programs based on the identified training needs of the organization.
- Facilitates training and development activities vital for employees' career and performance development.
- Reviews the merits of training applications, programs, vendors and recommends approval/disapproval to Training & Development Head.
- Oversees training effectiveness evaluation, reviews results and recommends appropriate actions.
- Oversees compliance with the company-wide performance review as scheduled by the Management.
- Incorporates relevant ISO standards in all training and development activities.
- Supervises the performance of the subordinates and implements improvement interventions as necessary.
- Reviews and updates the deliverables of the subordinates as well as work expectations as necessary.
- Supports the Training & Development Head for revisions of policies and procedures as needed to improve the team's activities.
- Performs other related job duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
