Overview

Are you ready to take charge of Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, TikTok Shop, and our very own website? We're looking for a driven E-Commerce Manager to launch, operate, and optimize all our online sales channels.

You'll be the go-to person for everything e-commerce — from training site operators (pick & packers) to ensuring marketplace compliance and smooth operations, and from tracking performance metrics to designing growth strategies with our marketing team that boost visibility, sales, and customer experience.

If you're data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about scaling online businesses, this is your chance to build something impactful.

Your impact will include:

  • Running all marketplace stores end-to-end together with our on-site sales team
  • Working with platform partners to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Leading and training fulfillment operators on the ground.
  • Tracking KPIs and continuously optimizing performance.

This role is a 95% remote role for someone who loves taking ownership and thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
