Associate Account Manager - Your future position?

As the Associate Account Manager, you will be a key sales professional responsible for managing and growing Givaudan's business with designated accounts. You will lead all Givaudan activities for these accounts, cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers to position Givaudan as their preferred supplier. You will be based in Pasig, Manila and report to the Commercial Head (Philippines).

  1. Drive business growth for Givaudan by managing designated accounts effectively.
  2. Lead all Givaudan activities related to assigned accounts.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to establish Givaudan as the preferred supplier.
  4. Develop and implement strategic account development plans, sales forecasts, and budgets with clear KPIs.
  5. Manage project pipelines to ensure quality and quantity align with growth objectives.
  6. Protect and expand base business in key markets and with major customers.
  7. Negotiate pricing agreements and manage credit, pricing, and rebates for key accounts.

Your professional profile includes:
  1. University degree in Business, Marketing or Food Technology, Food Science etc.
  2. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within flavours, food ingredients (manufacturer or distributor) or food-related industries.
  3. Proven ability to apply strategic sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills to develop account development plans (ADPs).
  4. Understanding of customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes to effectively position Givaudan's offerings.
  5. A strong drive and passion for multiplying business opportunities & developing new customers (business development).
  6. Prior experience in managing scale-up trials or commercialization projects.
  7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  8. Excellent and effective communication skills.
  9. Able to work independently and proactively.
  10. Fluency in English and the local language (Tagalog).
